The 28th regime newsletter is read by ministry desks, the EU institutions, counsel at several international firms, registers and notaries, and a growing number of founders building across borders. When a reader needs help, we make one private introduction to a specialist who fits the need and the member states involved. This page is for the specialists.
Non-exclusive, and no cost to join. You judge each introduction on its own merits. There is no directory and no published list of firms; we match by category and jurisdiction. Requests are still few and each one is screened personally, so what is on offer is first call on the ones that fit as the file advances, not volume.
For payroll and employer-of-record providers, equity platforms, accountants and formation agents: a referral fee on work that closes, agreed in writing.
For regulated lawyers the position is different. Article 5.4.2 of the CCBE Code of Conduct bars a lawyer paying a commission as consideration for referring a client, and Article 3.6.1 restricts fee sharing with non-lawyers. So for lawyers the arrangement is a flat contribution decoupled from what you earn, or no fee at all, whichever your bar allows. We would rather earn nothing than put you sideways with your Bâtonnier.
We reply personally within three working days. Applying does not subscribe you to the newsletter. See our Privacy Policy.
